More rolling fun

A month later and Everett is now a pro at rolling. He goes back to stomach and stomach to back now. He is all over the floor. Ya, we really need to start baby proofing!

Fun Pics

Everett is really starting to like bath time. He splashes and is very curious about the water.

If you look close you can see his third tooth. It's on the bottom on his left side.

He likes to get great grandpa's beard.

Columbus Zoo

Dustin and I got to go behind the scenes at the Columbus Zoo aquarium. We got to see the big 80,000 gallon tank from the top and see how they make everything run. We didn't take Everett because a stroller doesn't work very well "behind the scenes" plus we needed a day alone together. He's not really interested in animals yet anyway. He will laugh at the cats for a second then go back to his toy.

The bats are in the new Asia exhibit. They were freaky but kinda cool.

This Sting Ray wouldn't go away. I think he liked to get his picture taken.

We found a peeping tom in the Kangaroo exhibit.

Cute little pink flamingo.

Wind Storm

This is the pine tree that blew over in the last wind storm. Of course it had to fall right on the shed in our backyard. Luckily the only damage was a small hole from a branch in the roof. Dustin counted the rings and we think it was about 37 years old. The house behind us also lost a tree but that was it for the neighborhood. You can imagine the shocked look on my face when I got up in the morning to make Everett's bottle and looked out the kitchen window to see that huge tree.

This is from the beginning of March. Everett is an old pro now. Every time you put him down he wants to roll over. Unfortunately he has not learned to roll from stomach to back yet so he just gets mad. It will happen soon enough I'm sure and then we will miss the day that he couldn't.

rollin'

Hanging on the couch

Everett is holding the bottle himself, well kinda of. It only lasts a few seconds but he's trying.

He has become a rollin' machine. He would do it every once in awhile then one day it's like it all came together. Now you can't keep him on his back. He hasn't learned to go stomach to back yet...this is enough trouble for now!

I don't know why the picture rotated and I can't rotate it back. We were drinking Mt. Dew and Everett wouldn't take his eyes off the bottle so when it was empty we let him have it and it's his new favorite toy. He's a dew fan already.

Outdoor Adventures

With the nice weather Everett and I have been able to go for some walks around the neighborhood. He loves being outside and not in a stuffy house. He just looks around and takes it all in. I'm looking forward to trips to the park!
